The Student of the Month will demonstrate the true spirit of Kenpo by exhibiting the following habits and characteristics and has proven to have gone ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected of them:

1. Continuously attending regular classes
2. Showing improvement by practicing on his or her own time
3. Showing interest in Kenpo principles and concepts and not just the “physical” part of Kenpo
4. Manifesting a true eagerness to learn
5. Respecting instructors and other students

A child becomes a Student of the Month by:

1. Attending regular classes
2. Listening to parents and other instructors
3. Getting good grades
4. Staying out of trouble both at home and at school!
5. Respecting elders, instructors and other students

These students have exceeded our expectations of a model martial arts student and have done above and beyond their requirements. The following students are at the top of their class having attended the most amount of classes this month. They show true characteristics of a black belt and we would like to salute them!
